A  Tribute to Scott 

(December 14, 1970 - March 17, 2023)

My cousin Scott Huffman passed away unexpectedly on March 17, 2023. He was the youngest son of Aunt Jeanne, who was the sister of my father Richard. I had not seen Scott in person for many years, but I saw him and his older brother Bob during summers when we would visit my father's side of the family. I have many memories of our visits when we were children. In recent years, we would send messages through Facebook. Scott was supportive and kind in his communications.

Scott and I had a unique connection with our birthdays. He and I had a "running joke" that for one day in December, we were the same age. But then on the next day, I would turn a year older. I will continue to remember your heavenly birthday each year, Scott. You will always be with our family in mind and heart.
